IADOM 2

Absolute focus is a great power:

Swami Vivekanand once said, “Do one thing at a Time, and while doing it put your whole Soul into it to the exclusion of all else.” We all know that whenever we try to focus one anything all the other less important things start roaming in our mind and we lose our control over what we were trying to complete.
There is another significant quote by Alexander Graham Bell, "Concentrate all your thoughts upon the work at hand. The sun's rays do not burn until brought to a focus." We should not focus on the big picture. We just need to take care of few steps and we will cover all the road. But make sure the steps should be consistent.

We can eliminate our fear of failure with removing the confusion from our mind. If Thomas Edison left his experiments in the middle, we might not get electricity at that time. He tried and tried and never exhausted while doing same things everyday. He knew that he will get success and he will produce light in the bulb. When we make clear choices, it impacts our mind and works accordingly. If we focus on two things at the same time, our mind wastes energy on two different things and get exhausted early. It All Depends On Mindset (IADOM)

Confusion is a Trap!!

I know this must be crazy to wake up in the middle of the night and open your laptop to write your weirdest ideas. Well, it is not as I believe all the great inventions were came into reality in the most awkward and unusual moments.

You can either pick Sir Newton or Mr. Faraday both of them made greatest discoveries when they were not least aware about it. Benzene molecule came into existence when a scientist was dreaming about a snake. We can call it creativity of our mind. It works while sleeping and it works under any other circumstances as well.

But, it doesn't mean that all of the inventions and discoveries were came into existence out of the blue. Men poured themselves into their dreams, goals and ambitions to make them real. They may confused in the beginning but once they made their desires clear they did not quit. This is what we have to do to achieve great success.

When we take our first step either as a baby or as a grown man we always get confused and afraid of falling down, failing in the middle. This situation creates a negative mindset which lasts for very long or almost forever. I have a friend who tried to ride a motorbike many times, he learned it for many days. But, whenever he tried, he was confused with the gears and clutches. Fear of speed gripped in his mind and small accidents were forced him to quit. He was too frightened to ride the bike in crowded place as he always thought that he might hit someone.

I can not make a judgment on his situation but it is true that he was confused and was over thinking all the incidents. He was not able to focus on the road and did not make balance while riding. We face similar situations on a daily basis. We usually stuck between what to do or what not do.

There will be many things on your priority list but most of them will not be most important. We should always aware about what we choose. We can not travel two different roads on a same time. To be continued..
