We all feel stuck in the
middle of situations which we can not control. It might be due to the workload,
family problems, relationship related issues or simple traffic jam. You may
feel over burdened in these circumstances and may be nauseated as well. So how
to blow up this unnecessary pressure. Well there are certain easy ways
which can help you in getting back in your positive side in the mid of
melancholic situations.
Pinch yourself: Make a habit of pinching yourself in bad
times. You might be feel it weird but it is a good way to skip the bad
thoughts. Just imagine, if you are stuck in the traffic jam and someone behind
you is honking the horn at full pace. What will you do? Of course, you will get

calm, quite and serene. Whenever you feel that things are out of control now go
to a less noisy place and put your earphones one and fall in love with the most
amazing tunes and beats with charismatic voices. I bet you will see the instant
results and your face muscles will feel smoother. You can listen anything you
want, it can be hiphop or jazz or even a different language song. I am assuring
you that you will relaxed.
Take a deep
breath: Our breathing system is
so powerful and help us most the times. A deep breathe makes us easy and helps
in getting relaxed. We can see this habit in small babies, they always take
deep breathes and that’s why you can find them as capsule of energy. Focus on
your inhalation and exhalation and count your breathes. This is the best way to
maintaining the balance with your mind and outside the world.
Help someone in need: We are all human beings and we are emotional too
and when give our support to someone else who needs it then it gives happiness
to both persons. This is the power of helping someone. It connects you with
another person, at least for a moment, if not for whole life. It will give you
real happiness and peace which will last forever.
Dance on your own tune: Leave the world behind and feel the feeling you
are getting inside. Don’t worry, if someone will nag you about it or if someone
will ask you to stop doing it. Feel fresh and happy about what you are doing.
Try to cook your food on your own, just stretch your body and keep rolling on
the floor. There is nothing in this world to be worry for, everything and
everyone will be vanished. So, just let go yourself and feel abandon about
life. Visualize great things and work on those to get them before sunset of
your life. Just live out loud.
