An act of visualization

The hidden truth behind most successful people is that they were able to visualize what they wanted to do in their life. It's true that all of them faced problems and obstacles in their early days and many of them had gone through the melancholic life and despair. Some of them wanted to end their life but somehow they have managed to visualize what they wanted to become and traveled to the path of glory.

I can prove the power of visualization with a personal example. I have given my book "The Secret" to friend and asked him to read it. He went through it and one day when I asked to him that was it beneficial for him then he said, "yes, it was". He told me the story about what he visualized. He was liking his colleague and he everyday sits in cafeteria and visualizing that she will be sitting with her alone. He visualized her in yellow dress (salvar & kurta). He continued with the visualization for next 2 months and in the meantime he never talked to her.

One day she suddenly started talking with him and they became good friends.Within a week the magical moment came when he was sitting in front of her in the cafeteria and she was wearing the same dress.

There are many examples where I have seen the picture of mind getting the real shape and fulfilling the desires of life. It's a great process and it's so powerful and gives unprecedented outcome.

So there will be a natural question in everybody's mind, "How to visualize"? So, is it a really tough job to visualize things which you want from your life? answer is not at all. It's the most easy process but the tough task is to put faith on it, to believe it that you are in the right path and whatever the situation will be, you will not get distracted.

Parts of the process:

First: What do you want to visualize?

You may want to become an actor, writer, cricketer, surgeon or whatever. So, whatever you want to become in your life, just become that thing in your own mind. If you want to get 1000$ in your wallet then visualize it that you have it already it. Doubting on it will make you away from it.
So, whatever you think, it should be clear. If you want to grow your business then see in your mind that is expanding and growing fast and say thanks to it.

Second: Stick with the picture.

It's easy to start something but staying on it is the most crucial and difficult part. So, how we are going to stick with the picture we have visualized. Don't worry, you have to just feel good about it when even it don' have with you. If you don't have a great car then don't be sad or worry just stay with the visualization. No matter how tough the situation is but you have to be rockstrong  with the photograph you have visualized.

Third: It's the most important one. Keep feeling grateful about the life.

When we feel happy from deep inside then we always get happiness around us. The sad feeling will give you more sadness and when it will affect you with the picture you are creating in the mind. You may feel that you are never going to get what you have created inside your mind and that is the real examination. Just imagine if Bill Gates, Steve Jobs and others give up in front of the conflicts they were facing then how could be see them as legends of world market. They stood firmly with their thoughts and that's why they were able to achieve the most of it.

So, I hope everyone will practice visualization to get more success and happiness.

A way to happiness.

I always wonder where is the peace of mind of people living on the earth. Why they are very unhappy, why they don't enjoy their life or why they cry all time for their present situation. They say "why this is happening to me", "I did not do anything wrong ", I helped so many people but why God is taking revenge to us. And they all blame God for their current reality. Some of them say they have bad luck. 

But maximum people just cry on their situation..only few people show courage and never quit to change the way of living. Ultimately they become happy and in this process they find that how easy it is to be happy. 

What should we do to become happy:

This is not a rocket science or very hard work. It is very easy. You have ample of moments where you were happy even you did not notice that but when you start thinking about the things which you don't have, you  become unhappy. Its not wrong to think about the things which you don't have but focusing them all time create unhappiness. Instead of it, show gratitude for what you have and I am assuring you that you will surely get more or get what you want. This is the only process by which you can achieve all your goals and dreams. 

Don't get distracted:

If you have small car and when you see other people roaming around with big cars then please don't get jealous. Jealousy creates more unhappiness. Just say to yourself that I have a car and I am very happy with it and you will soon see the magic where you may get the big car. 

We should focus on the following things:

1- Gratitude
2- Happiness
3- Visualization 
4- Law of attraction 

Just say everytime that you are here to be happy. You are here to enjoy the awesomeness of created by God. And you have all rights to be happy.

Keep smiling and spread smile. This is your world make it more happier. 

This is the only heaven there is nothing out there in the space so just live here and don't care about anything else.

5 ways to feel better within 5 minutes


We all feel stuck in the middle of situations which we can not control. It might be due to the workload, family problems, relationship related issues or simple traffic jam. You may feel over burdened in these circumstances and may be nauseated as well. So how to blow up this unnecessary  pressure. Well there are certain easy ways which can help you in getting back in your positive side in the mid of melancholic situations.

Pinch yourself:  Make a habit of pinching yourself in bad times. You might be feel it weird but it is a good way to skip the bad thoughts. Just imagine, if you are stuck in the traffic jam and someone behind you is honking the horn at full pace. What will you do? Of course, you will get angry over it and you may abuse the person or you may get uneasy. That is the time when you should pinch yourself and forget that someone is seeking your attention. It will help you in getting immediate control over your anger. Robin Sharma’s rubberband theory is a good example of it.

Let the music play: Music is the most important tool in releasing stress . From the ancient times till now, many people are using it to feel calm, quite and serene. Whenever you feel that things are out of control now go to a less noisy place and put your earphones one and fall in love with the most amazing tunes and beats with charismatic voices. I bet you will see the instant results and your face muscles will feel smoother. You can listen anything you want, it can be hiphop or jazz or even a different language song. I am assuring you that you will relaxed.

 Take a deep breath: Our breathing system is so powerful and help us most the times. A deep breathe makes us easy and helps in getting relaxed. We can see this habit in small babies, they always take deep breathes and that’s why you can find them as capsule of energy. Focus on your inhalation and exhalation and count your breathes. This is the best way to maintaining the balance with your mind and outside the world.

Help someone in need: We are all human beings and we are emotional too and when give our support to someone else who needs it then it gives happiness to both persons. This is the power of helping someone. It connects you with another person, at least for a moment, if not for whole life. It will give you real happiness and peace which will last forever.

Dance on your own tune: Leave the world behind and feel the feeling you are getting inside. Don’t worry, if someone will nag you about it or if someone will ask you to stop doing it. Feel fresh and happy about what you are doing. Try to cook your food on your own, just stretch your body and keep rolling on the floor. There is nothing in this world to be worry for, everything and everyone will be vanished. So, just let go yourself and feel abandon about life. Visualize great things and work on those to get them before sunset of your life. Just live out loud.

Box-sizing for layout design

Well, we are already in the transforming phase of web-designing techniques and getting smarter and convincing properties everyday. As of now, I have gone through many properties of web-designing but I was awestruck by box-sizing.

  I have gone through many articles which convinced me that it is a possible replacement of classical box-model. Though, I am not confirming it but yes it has made all of us to think from a new page.

  Box-sizing is used to change the algorithm for calculating the width and height of the element.

According to the CSS specification width of the block consists of the content width, the values ​​of the margin, padding and border. The situation is similar with the height of the block. The "box model" in CSS works like this:
width + padding + border = actual width of box
height + padding + border = actual height of box Box-sizing property allows you to modify this algorithm to the width and height specify the size is not content, and block size.

  Let's discuss some live examples but before that I would like to you tell you the key features of box-sizing:

  Syntax:
box-sizing: content-box | border-box | padding-box | inherit

  1. Content-box: The default CSS box model where an element’s width and height only apply to its content area and do not include padding or borders. It gives the actualy size of the content.
  2. Border-box: Width and height properties include the padding and border, but not the margin.
  3. Padding-box: Width and height properties include the values ​​of the padding, but they ignore margin and border.
  4. Inherit: Grasps the values of it's parent element.

A prisoner of negativity.

When I wake up in the morning the first thought in my mind comes that I am not going to read newspaper. As I know pretty well that most of the news section will be filled with hate, murders, conflicts and riots. I know that it is not good to ignore them being a citizen and human being but somehow these news affects you deeply in your mind and heart. Once, you read them you start thinking about them and of course, you will talk about it to your colleagues, friends, elders and even more, you can talk about it to strangers as well.

    But can you tell me one thing, is this the right way to change the system or to change the bad news into good one. I am sure you can not change anything about it only with your trivial talks. The more we think about bad things the more we will get them everyday. That is why this question arises,"Why, we are unable to shift our focus on different things?"

I can tell you about a personal experience. I have seen the great effects of focusing on positive things. When we focus on smile, we get more smile. When we leave our greatest fears, we feel intrepid. Here, I am not asking you to think about smile everytime. You can create smile only with your smile not with your mind. The positive side comes only from within. Sometimes we stuck in very difficult situations and nothing seems to work. Then what do we usually do? We go to temple, mosque. church or gurudwara of remembers the supreme power. And, what does it give you? It gives you the strength that God is there to help you and you felt secure.

May be it feels little strange but it true that whenever we get trouble, we bow down our heads in front of unseen powers and as we truly believe that we will get help from them then we really get it. This is an example of true faith. But it is not on self or within, it is still on the mysterious personalities. The motive of ours should be focus on our strength. We always know our rights and wrongs, our good and bad. So, we can anticipate from ourselves to overcome on bad circumstances.

                                                                                                                       There is no life in living
as a prisoner when you are free. Don't get confuse with what you can not do but stay on what you can do. Before one hour ago I was very confused but I am relaxed and feeling joyful as I have put all of my stress on this blog.
